

Little League Safety
Each year, EGLL strives to keep our players as safe as possible. A safety plan must
be submitted to District 2 as well as Little League Headquarters in Williamsport,
Pa. to insure our league meets certain safety criteria. The end result of having
and following a safety plan is not only the well being of our children, but also
a reduction in the league's insurance for the players as well as the overall cost
of the league. Our goal should not only be to develop the player's skills, but to
prevent injuries and maintain a safe environment in which they play. Little League

EGLL will continue its endeavor to educate coaches, umpires, volunteers and parents on all safety and conditioning aspects through library resources, clinics and training.
